Why Do You Love Souyo?
First of all, JUSTICE. Yosuke should've had a canon romance route, hands down. It would have made the most sense, imo. As for other reasons I love Souyo, it was one of the first pairings I truly got into when I dipped my toe into the Persona pool. Their dynamic is super cute and it really feels like they're a "grow old on the front porch" kind of ship. ❤️

I love Souyo because their dynamic is really cute and wholesome. It's really the perfect slice of life 2000's ship. Plus I love the development and growth Yosuke does in game and a lot of Souyo shippers expand upon his and the protag's personalities in beautiful ways <3

Why Do You Love Souyo?
I love the partner dynamic So Much. I think Souyo is what started my love for ships with partners in general. They have such a range in terms of dynamics that's always made their relationship fun to explore, both within canon and outside of it. Plus, I love the community of Souyo shippers that come together and make truly wonderful pieces based on the two.

❖ must be able to complete their work within the timeline.
WRITERS
❖ A completed fic for this bang is a minimum of 2,000 words with NO SET MAXIMUM!!
❖ Must be an original piece that isn't posted anywhere else. It can be connected to another work you have, but it cannot rely on having read the original piece to understand this one.
❖ All pieces will be checked for SPaG!
❖ All writers must provide a full list of trigger/content warnings at the top of your bang document, as well as have a title to the work.

❖ Detail levels: Important parts of the scene such as characters should be clear. Background can be on the simpler side but should showcase where the characters are to help complete + ground the piece

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is a bang?
A bang is, at its core, a challenge for writers to complete a full fanfiction within a certain deadline. It also usually has a collaboration aspect with an artist illustrating the content of the writer's fanfiction.
Writers will first sign up to take part, then artists will sign up to also take part. Writers will submit "pitches" or a description/summary of their planned fanfiction, and then artists can choose which ones they'd like to work with (essentially done anonymously through claims).Artists and writers will then form teams to complete a collaborative work!
Does shipname order matter?
Not for this project. We will accept either dynamic and also switch/reversible.
Is there a theme we must follow?
Nope, please go wild! We do ask that any relevant triggers and content warnings are tagged for!
Can I sign up as both a writer and an artist?
Unfortunately, we ask that you do not sign up as both. Please decide if you'd like to participate as a writer or as an artist. This is so we can ensure everyone has proper bandwidth for the project.
What's a beta?
Essentially, a fic editor. You will check the writer's work for spelling, grammar, and ensure that the fic is coherent and make sense. You must also be willing to work with others and talk to them one-on-one.There are not any requirements to become a beta except time and enthusiasm! Please also have a basic understanding of English grammar.
